The manufacturing facilities cover an area of more than 32,000 Sq. Meters (345,000 sq ft.) of production space. Additionally, our facility can produce over 1 million Sq. Meters (11,000 000 sq ft.) of rugs per month due to the continuous computer monitoring we use during the production process. The system insures that the proper colored yarns are pulled from our extensive inventory thus allowing us to maintain our high quality standards. The Van de Wiele Looms that we use in our facility are capable of producing multiple area rug constructions, which allows us to deliver the highest quality of the product at a competitive price.

As a company, we are able to produce any size or design with our custom electronic looms. This makes it possible for us to produce any design, color combination and size for your target market.

Art Carpet strives to bring the newest colors designs and combination of weaving techniques to our customers. To achieve this goal we have a design team in North America and a design team in Europe, giving direction to our ten designers in our factory in Turkey. The directions include color, design and weaving trends.

In North America, we have our own east and west coast warehousing. This enables us to make timely deliveries to our customers.

Art Carpet is EDI capable for North American market. Our IT department would be happy to work with you to achieve a seamless integration of our software systems if you so desire.
